What is Creative Counselling?
Sometimes we just can't get comfortable when talking about what's bothering us.
Creative Counselling means we refocus by doing something easy like painting, drawing, moulding clay, even knitting or stitching, to free up thoughts and explore ideas and feelings. When our brain is busy relaxing into the creative activity, it gives us a chance to breathe a bit easier and feel some space and clarity. From there we have a chance to make plans and set goals for change and we can help you to build strategies and move forward more easily.
