

What is Creative Counselling?
Sometimes it's difficult to talk about what's bothering us.
​Creative Counselling means we refocus by doing something easy with our hands like painting, drawing, moulding clay, even knitting or stitching. When the brain is busy relaxing into the creative activity, it gives us a chance to breathe a bit easier and feel some space and clarity. Working alongside our Creative Counsellor, you will have time to think, and a chance to make plans and set goals for change. We aren't here to create masterpieces of our art, but to make room for change in our lives.
